Outside In is known for it’s work with queer people, people experiencing homelessness or financial struggle, as well as individuals who are actively or have historically used substances. Services offered: Acute and chronic disease management, Diagnosis, treatment and referral, Physical exams, Reproductive health care, Preventive care, Minor surgery, Psychiatry, On-site labs, X-ray referrals, Birth control and family planning, HIV/STI testing, counseling and treatment, Behavioral health, Dental care screening and referral, Oregon Health Plan assistance and advocacy, Transgender and gender non-conforming health services, On-site pharmacy, Medication Assisted Treatment.
