Partners & Sponsors

The Oregon Youth Resource Map exists through collaboration, shared leadership, and trust across youth, community organizations, and systems partners.

Core Partners

Healthy Transitions Oregon
The Map was developed as part of Healthy Transitions Oregon, a federally funded initiative supported by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Healthy Transitions Oregon focuses on improving services and outcomes for transition-age youth with significant mental health challenges by centering youth voice, cross-system coordination, and community-based solutions.

Youth and Young Adult Leaders Across Oregon
Young people with lived experience in mental health services and systems were instrumental in shaping the Map’s purpose, design, inclusion criteria, and values. Their leadership continues to guide how the Map evolves.

Direction Service
Direction Service provides infrastructure, coordination, and support for youth-centered initiatives across Oregon, contributing operational and systems expertise to the project.

Mapping Action Collective
Mapping Action Collective brings technical expertise in participatory mapping and data visualization, ensuring the Map is usable, accessible, and responsive to community input.

Providers and Community Contributors

Organizations that meet the Map’s inclusion guidelines are invited to apply to be listed. Youth and community members are also encouraged to suggest resources, helping keep the Map reflective of real-world needs and local knowledge.

Partnerships are rooted in shared values rather than branding or promotion. Inclusion on the Map is not an endorsement, but a commitment to transparency, accessibility, and non-discrimination.
