Changes is our independent housing program for youth ages 16 to 24 who are experiencing homelessness in Multnomah County. Changes provides basic financial assistance for initial community housing move-in costs such as a security deposit, application fee and cleaning fee and case management support for youth who are ready to live on their own.
Intake Instructions:
To apply for Changes, please complete an application (see website) and return to changes@janusyouth.org, or hand deliver to 4015 SE Madison, Portland, OR 97214. Once Changes receives your application, they will contact you to schedule an interview. For questions or assistance with your application, please call us at the number below.
