Human Solutions develops affordable rental housing, manages our real estate assets for quality and stability, and provides comprehensive resident services based on our understanding that affordable housing is only the first step toward families achieving self-sufficiency.
Human Solutions has developed housing in East Portland, Gresham and Fairview. We currently own 18 locations with 804 apartments. Forty-one percent of our apartments have 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms, which give us the capacity to house large families who otherwise could not find affordable housing in the private market.
