If your child is under 15, a parent or legal guardian must be present for your child’s exam visits (this includes the first visit). For all other dental visits, the parent or legal guardian may give permission to a person over the age of 18 to bring your child.

Eligibility:

If you live outside Multnomah County we are unable to see you in our dental clinics. However, our patient access coordinators can provide you with information about low-cost dental services in your area. For more information call 503-988-6942 between 8am-4:45pm, Monday-Friday.

Established patients: If you have insurance and have been seen before at a Multnomah County dental clinic, then you should call your clinic directly.

Financial Information:

If you’re covered by the Oregon Health Plan, there’s no charge for dental services which are part of your routine benefits. Not all dental services are available at our clinics.

If you’re not insured, you will be asked to pay an out-of-pocket fee based on your family size and income when you check in. We can also help you apply for insurance.

If you’re not eligible for the Oregon Health Plan, you can meet with our eligibility staff to see if you qualify for a discount.
