Providing the school district of Beaverton with high quality health care to all kids age 4-21
The Beaverton School-Based Health Center is located on the Beaverton High School Campus in a white, one story building just west of the main school building. You can access the parking lot from SW 2nd Street and SW Erickson Avenue.
If your child is between the age of 4 and 21 and lives in the district they are welcome to utilize the clinic. Primary care & mental health.
Appointments are preferred, but if you have an urgent need, you can walk-in. To make an appointment simply call 503-356-3985 or walk in to request a visit.
The SBHC can bill most private health insurance plans and may collect a co-pay at the time of service. Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is also accepted, which does not require a co-pay. Please contact the SBHC to inquire if they accept your insurance. If you do not have insurance, the SBHC will access if you are eligible for a discounted fee, based on income. Families that earn less will pay less.
