DPHN is a not for profit organization serving all of Douglas County. DPHN provides communicable disease and emergency preparedness services. DPHN has partnered with other not for profit organizations including Umpqua Community Action Network (WIC and nurse visiting), Umpqua Community Health Center (immunization services, women’s health, family planning and sexually transmitted disease and HIV), ADAPT (providing tobacco prevention and healthy communities programs), and Lower Umpqua Hospital (providing immunization and family planning).
