Career Skills Development Program is designed to increase the economic success of the Native community in Portland. Our program provides opportunities for participants to gain the skills and experience needed to be successful in the workforce.
Activities include: resume and cover letter assistance, mock interviews, teaching methods of networking, identifying online resources to access employers, best practices when contacting an employer directly, encouraging dressing for success, and support accessing training opportunities.
