Blackburn Center makes it easy to access many kinds of help to gain stability. Our east side location brings Central City Concern’s signature health care, housing and employment services together, all under the same roof.
You’ll find treatment for routine health concerns/primary care, mental health support, care for addiction and substance use disorders, an on-site pharmacy, resources to help you find meaningful work, and housing for more than 100 residents, most of whom are in recovery.
We don’t turn anyone away for lack of insurance or inability to pay.
We accept Oregon Health Plan, self-pay and some private insurance. Need coverage? We can help you get set up.
