NeighborImpact can help keep your lights and heat on for a more comfortable home with their Energy Assistance Program. The program serves residents facing weather-related emergencies due to changing temperatures. This program provides bill payment assistance and energy crisis assistance.
Eligibility:
Must meet income guidelines listed on website.
Must live in Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson counties or the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
This program helps people with income at or below 60% of federal poverty guidelines.
Bill must be in a household member’s name.
Intake Instructions:
Fill out application and fax application to 541-749-4947, email application to ea@neighborimpact.org, or mail application to 20310 Empire Ave Suite A100 Bend, OR 97703. If a printed application is needed, applicant can call (541) 504-2155 to have an application mailed to them, or pick up a paper application at one of their locations.
