Provides a therapeutic classroom for children six weeks to four years old; scheduled respite program for ages six weeks to six years, but call ahead for availability. Parent education and support; Latino outreach; mental health services; and peer support for clients with substance abuse issues. Information and referral services also provided. Spanish and English spoken.
