NAYA is a family of numerous tribes and voices who are rooted in sustaining tradition and building cultural wealth. We provide culturally-specific programs and services that guide our people in the direction of personal success and balance through cultural empowerment.
The A&D Program is focused on prevention and building healthy life skills for youth at risk for alcohol and/or drug abuse who are also experiencing homelessness. Support services are available individually in order to navigate local resources for treatment. A culturally-relevant harm reduction model is used by focusing on music, art and healthy, fun, sober recreational groups and activities. Hours and availability are flexible based on the needs of the youth..
