REV is a year-long leadership program for youth ages 14-18. Youth will collaborate with PPSO staff to educate peers, train healthcare professionals, participate in outreach events, and advocate for reproductive justice. REV is a great way to learn more about sexual and reproductive health and build community, all while earning volunteer hours.

REV is open to youth ages 14-18 in the Eugene/Springfield and Rogue Valley areas, where the two cohorts are located. Members should be committed to learning about reproductive justice and sexual health issues and excited to volunteer with Planned Parenthood. Members are enthusiastic, dependable, ready to grow, and able to work well with others.
REV welcomes youth of all genders, sexual orientations, races, religions, physical & mental abilities, and socioeconomic statuses. Members come to the group with different beliefs and viewpoints. No one is expected to have any previous knowledge or education about sexual health and prevention issues. We strive to create a community that is strong and varied in its membership and work actively to build a group that is anti-racist, anti-sexist, anti-homophobic, and anti-transphobic.
