Each year, Northwest Human Services’ Crisis and Information Hotline responds to callers from Marion, Polk, Linn and Yamhill counties, each needing crisis and/or suicide intervention assistance. The qualified and experienced Hotline staff perform confidential suicide and risk assessments, provide reassurance, and help callers overcome and rebound from the personal crises that beset most of us at some time in our lives.
The Hotline is accredited by the American Association of Suicidology and staffed 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
Marion and Polk county residents can access single day bus passes, personal hygiene items, laundry detergent, snack packs, and emergency food boxes Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
