Trillium’s Intensive Community Treatment Services and Intensive Outpatient for children and their families include individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, and skills training. Services can be provided in the therapist’s office, the community, or in the family home, depending on the need and preferences of the team. These services are provided to families with the hope of keeping children in their homes. Staff are also available on a 24-hour basis to provide crisis support to the child and the family. ICTS/IOP helps prevent the need for residential treatment.
Elegibilidad:
We serve children and adolescents, ages 5 – 17, whose mental health difficulties impact their ability to be successful in their homes, schools, and communities.
ICTS is offered in the following Regions (limited to a specific distance radius):
Portland Metro
Salem Metro
Mid-Willamette Valley

Clients with OHP are often referred through their County Family Care Coordinator, Wrap-Around Coordinator, or other OHP representative.

Información Financiera:
Clients in ICTS are funded either by their family’s private insurance coverage or by Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Trillium contracts with many different private insurance companies. Please contact your health insurance company to determine if ICTS/IOP is covered through your plan.
