Neighbor 2 Neighbor operates the Pendleton Warming Station, Day Center and Veda’s Breakfast. The Warming Station provides emergency shelter for those without a home when the risk of hypothermia is elevated. The Day Center is open every Monday between 1:00 and 3:00 PM when the Warming Station is not in operation and provides free showers, laundry vouchers, mail, and other services for individuals facing homelessness.
