La Pine Community Kitchen is a registered non-profit organization providing assistance services to La Pine residents and others in Southern Deschutes County. We help meet the needs of those experiencing hunger and lack of resources by providing free food, clothing, and job training services.
The La Pine Community Kitchen provides a free nutritious meal, every week day, in a safe and caring environment. We are an inclusive organization where everyone is welcome.
To accomplish our mission, La Pine Community Kitchen offers three distinct programs:
The Kitchen – Serves five free hot and delicious meals a week to those in need.
The Produce Stand – Open Tuesdays and Fridays to distribute free produce, dairy, bread, and select grocery items.
The Closet – Provides free clothing, bedding, hygiene/cleaning items, homeless bags, and camping gear (when available).
