Our confidential services include: 24-hour crisis line, shelter, advocacy based counseling, support groups, referrals, transportation, abuse assessment, advocacy and community education.
Our service area includes all of Umatilla and Morrow Counties. DVS operates full time counseling centers in Pendleton and Hermiston and part-time counseling centers in Boardman and Milton-Freewater.
