Jackson County SART works to ensure an effective, collaborative response to sexual assault that prioritizes victims’ needs and reduces the traumatic after-effects of this crime; to help bring more offenders to justice; and to prevent sexual violence through community engagement and change.
SASH (Sexual Assault Survivors’ Healing): Free, confidential support groups for people healing from recent or past sexual assault SASH offers free weekly groups:
– Teens of all gender identities: This group is run by a non-mandatory reporter and meets Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 pm in Ashland and 6:00-7:00 pm in Medford.
– Adult women: This group meets Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm, alternating between Medford and Ashland.
– LGBTQ+ folks: This group meets Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm in Ashland.
– Male survivors: One-on-one support is available.
