Queer Peers is a gender and sexuality support group for youth and young adults (14-24) in Linn County that identify as LGBTQ+.
Together with your peers and guided by Jackson Street staff, you’ll build community, have fun, learn about local and national efforts to support LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness, and have a space to talk about things that are important to you, such as physical, social, and emotional health. The group guides these discussions and Jackson Street staff are trained in trauma-informed care and collaborative problem solving.
We are currently providing hot meals and can also make community referrals and connect you with needed resources.
