The PATHfinder club is a supportive club for high school aged youth who have been affected by incarceration, detention and deportation. Through art, expression and community PATHfinder Club members pave a trail from hurt and harm to hope and healing. Club sessions feature mindfulness, art, writing and community building to help counter the experience of shame and stigma. Staff with lived experience facilitate the club in collaboration with members. We wraparound youth who participate with support on their terms.
We are currently partnering with Parkrose High School to deliver the first PATHfinder club. and for parents, children, and families in the community.
